Urban Trash Benefit Hair and Runway Show 2009

Urban Trash Benefit Hair and Runway Show!

"The show is called Urban Trash because all products and outfits are made from recycled or recyclable materials. The show is in its third year and all proceeds go to benefit the People Living Through Cancer organization.

People Living Through Cancer is an awesome non-profit organization that provides resources for cancer patients, survivors and families. The Urban Trash show helps them provide services like free cancer support groups and Cancer Survival Kits. Corrales Harvest Festival 2009

The Corrales Harvest Festival!

There was a book sale!  Lots of good stuff.

Check out this wolf.  He was the ambassador for the preservation.

I love ice cream and carmel apples!

Overall, I had a great time mingling with those who decided to some out and enjoy the beautiful autumn air and the festivities!

17th Annual Make-A-Wish Classic Car Show

The Rio Grande Corvette Club hosted the 17th Annual Make-A-Wish Classic Car Show on Sunday September 13th, 2009.

I had a great time with The Rio Grande Corvette Club and Make-A-Wish at the Car Show!

I was able to help raise some funds for Wishes!

There were lots of fabulous cars!

Greetings from Ms. American Stars & Stripes 2010!

I am Nicole M. Bent and I recently captured the title of Ms. American Stars & Stripes 2010! I am filled with excitement at this opportunity and I am looking forward to all that I will be able to be a part of in holding this title.

My intention is to bring awareness and focus on healthier relationships, personal and global gratitude and giving. In my position, I am able to make a positive impact in the community and around the country. Encouraging others to live life to the fullest and make choices that are life giving to themselves and others is where my heart is.
